Why is this happening?
If you're seeing a 'Content unavailable' message when trying to access an online menu, ordering website, or mobile app, this may be because you are using a VPN or because your IP address has been flagged by our security system.
What's a VPN?
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a tool that hides your real location by routing your internet traffic through servers in different regions. Common VPNs include NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark, Proton VPN, and CyberGhost.
Sometimes, using a VPN can make it look like you're accessing our services from an unsupported region, which may cause issues or block your access.
What do I do?
If you're using a VPN please disable the VPN on your device, wait 5 minutes, and try accessing the app or ordering site again.
If the problem persists or if you aren't using a VPN, please email help@bopple.com and include:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your IP Address
Your IP address should be shown in the error message on-screen. If it is not, you can locate your IP Address by heading to https://showmyip.com/ (please take a screenshot of this page and share it with us).
