The fulfilment section contains a number of settings that allow you to control how your customers can interact and transact with your venue.
Customers can order ahead and collect from your venue.
Customers can order ahead for delivery by your venue staff. Please note that Bopple does not provide drivers or riders.
Customers can order to their table number. See Using your unique menu QR code for info on streamlining the ordering experience.
Scheduling (Pick-up & Delivery only)
Customers can schedule their pick-up or delivery order for a future time. You have full control over how far in advance a customer can order.
When enabling scheduled orders and requiring advance notice of 1 or more days, customers will only be able to order via your web store (not via any iOS or Android mobile app, as these only support same-day orders). Unless it is absolutely necessary for your operations, we recommend leaving Advance Notice at the default of 0 days.
Used to provide approximate wait times for customers. If you have delivery enabled, be sure to also provide an Estimated delivery time (these two values are combined for delivery wait estimates).
Customers can submit new orders at any time, even when your store is closed, provided they schedule the order for fulfilment within your trading hours. Requires scheduling to be enabled.
Allow customers to order via your web storefront without having to sign-in or create an account, streamlining the checkout experience.
