Traditionally, venue partners using Bopple integrated with their Kounta POS have had to manage separate subscriptions for each service. That meant more messing around with payment cards, more invoices to reconcile....more headaches.
Starting in late June 2020, any venue partner using the integrated ordering solution provided by Bopple and Kounta POS will have their Bopple plan added to their existing Kounta subscription. Easy!
This includes both new and existing venue partners. More info below.

Welcome; you'll be live for customer orders in no time!
- If you haven't already, Enable Bopple and join via Kounta
- Go to the
BILLING
page in the Manager Console to view your plan options (example below) - Contact Kounta Support via

in Back Office or the POS; they're available 24/7 and will add your chosen Bopple plan on your Kounta subscription - Within a few minutes, you'll be ready to send test orders and go live
How do I manage my plan after I've started it?
View your current plan in the Bopple Venue Manager Console (example below).

I already had a subscription with Bopple. What happens now?
If you already had an active subscription with Bopple, you don't need to worry about being charged twice. Your original plan has essentially been cancelled and a new, equivalent plan has been attached to your Kounta subscription.

For some venue partners there may have been slight changes in pricing due to older plans being retired. If your venue falls into this category, you should have received an email with info on what is changing and the special offer we've applied as part of the transition. If you have any questions or concerns about the changes, don't hesitate to get in touch using the contact info in the email update.
