Please try to include the following info:
- Order code, date and time
- Venue name
- Description of the issue
Note: If a refund is offered, from the time of confirmation it can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to clear back into your bank account.
Bopple will liaise with all relevant parties in order to provide feedback to the venue and a resolution when required.
