If you aren't receiving the password reset email/link after submitting a request, please be aware of the below requirements:

screen must match email you signed up with - The login email on your account must be a legitimate email with an active inbox to receive mail
Most commonly, the issue is that there is a typo in the email you created your account with.
You can simply create a new account using your correct email, or alternatively you can contact us for assistance. Please be prepared to provide various pieces of information in order to verify you are the account owner so that we can quickly assist you.
