Unfortunately it is not possible to edit or change an order once it has been submitted. If you are looking to add items, simply create another order. If you would like to remove items or cancel the order, please initially contact the venue as they should be able to assist.
If you require further assistance, please submit a request so we can investigate and process a refund if needed. Please include the following info:
- Order code, date and time
- Venue name
- Description of the issue
Note: If a refund is offered, from the time of confirmation it can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to clear back into your bank account.
