Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or edited via the app or web.
- To add to the order, you can simply create another order.
- To remove/swap products, cancel, or change the schedule time of the order, please speak to the venue to see if they are able to accommodate your requests.
If the venue partner agrees to cancel the order they should be able to do this and initiate a refund.
For further assistance please submit a request so we can investigate and process a refund if required and approved by the venue. Please include the following info:
- Order code, date and time
- Venue name
- Description of the issue
Note: If a refund is offered, from the time of confirmation it can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to clear back into your bank account.
