Changing your order
It is not possible to make changes to your order on the web once it has been submitted. For any queries relating to the order please contact the venue you have ordered at so they can try to assist.
Important: If you want to change the date or remove products your order may need to be cancelled and re-submitted. Please keep this in mind if you have ordered a special/limited release product as stock availability cannot be guaranteed after cancellation.
Cancelling your order
Please contact the venue if you'd like to cancel your order. They will be able to request the cancellation and initiate a refund provided sufficient notice is given.
Refund processing times: Once initiated, the the refunded amount will typically clear back in to your account within 24-48 hours, but this process can take up to 3-5 business days depending on the circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
