If you're viewing a product and the
Add to Order button is grey / inactive (as shown below), you won't be able to order the product.
Try using the selectors at the top of the page to change the date you want to have your order fulfilled by the venue.
Reasons you can't add a product to your order
Product is sold out
If there is insufficient stock for the date you are trying to order for, you will see the
Sold out chip as shown below.
Some products are re-stocked at regular intervals; try adjusting the date using the selectors at the top of the page and you may find that there is more available if you're willing to have your order fulfilled on a different date.
Product only available to pre-order
Some products are made available to pre-order for pickup/delivery only within a specific future date range. This is often the case with products and categories that are made available for special occasions (think catering menus that are available to order only for Melbourne Cup Day, or special release cakes for holidays like Mother's Day as shown in our example below).
If you are searching for a date outside of the range, you will see
Pre-order now for pickup/delivery from [date] messaging on the product category and on the product itself. Simply adjust the date you are trying to order for using the selectors at the top of the page to one within the specified range and you will be able to add the item to your order.
