If you did not receive your order or if your order was incorrect/missing items, please firstly speak with a member of staff at the venue. They may be able to resolve the issue by providing the missing item or an alternative, or by refunding your order.
If they are unable to help or you still require assistance, please submit a request so we can investigate and take the necessary actions. Please try to include the following info:
- Order code, date and time
- Venue name
- Description of the issue
