If you are using a point-of-sale system that we do not integrate with, the Bopple Orders Dashboard is what you'll use to accept and manage your customer orders.
The dashboard will run in your browser (just click Dashboard
in the top navigation bar of Venue Manager), but we would recommend installing the app on a tablet for more convenience and ease of use in the venue. We have apps for both iOS and Android!
Device Compatibility
The dashboard runs on both iPad and Android tablet devices.
- iPad: Requires iOS 7.0 or later
- Android: Requires Android OS version 4.4 and up
Installing the Dashboard App
You can use the buttons below, or alternatively follow these steps:
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device
- Search for 'Bopple Dashboard' and select the app listing
- Sign-in to your Apple or Google account if requested (this is required to download apps)
- Follow the instructions to download/install the app
Accessing the Orders Dashboard
Once installed you can access the dashboard app quickly and easily.
- Go to your home screen or app drawer
- Find and tap Venue Dashboard to open the app
- Use your venue login credentials (email + password, same as admin) to sign-in
- You're all set; you can now control your venue status and handle customer orders
Required device configurations
We would suggest following the steps below to ensure your dashboard is setup so that your venue remains open for orders when it should be. More info on how the points below can impact your venue status can be found here.
