Customers can order at your venue at any time within the times you configure in your profile, so it's important they are setup correctly and updated if you change your operations.
Setting your standard Open Times
- Go to the TIMES section of the Venue Manager console
- In the
Open Timestab, create an entry for each day that you operate
- If you operate split-shifts (eg. morning/evening), simply add two entries for the day in question
- If you don't open on a certain day, leave it blank
Can I create special open times for future dates like public holidays?
Yes! If you have holidays or special events which mean you won't be operating to your standard open times, please see Open Times for Special Dates.
I want customers to order any time, even outside my open times. Is this possible?
Yes, but this should not be setup using your Open Times. Your Open Times should be the times your venue is physically open and trading, when orders can be fulfilled. Please see Managing your order settings for more info on how you can enable this with the Always Online setting.
Can I restrict the availability of my order types?
Yes, you can if needed. These should only be used if the order type is not available for the duration of your Open Times. More info in Restricting order type availability
Can I restrict the availability of my products?
Yes, you can apply time restrictions to product categories. These should only be used if the category is not available for the duration of your Open Times; otherwise you can simply leave them unrestricted. More info in Restricting product availability
