Below we've outlined some important pieces of information that should be provided and kept up to date on your profile.
This will be shown in the venue list within the app. Select from one of the available options.
This is provided to customers with active orders in case they need to check your website for more venue information. If you don't have a website, feel free to use your primary social media channel.
This is provided to customers with active orders in case they have any problems or questions.
This will be used for our weekly and monthly performance report emails, and other important email alerts regarding the venue.
Only used by Bopple in case of urgent account or venue issues. Not available to customers.
At present this is only used for venues with branded applications.
Venue Card & Venue Banner
Please see Venue image guidelines. Do not use images with watermarks, logos or text over the top. Your Venue Card is used in the "explore" section of the apps where customers browse a list of venues. Your Venue Banner is used at the top of your venue menu page (web only).
This is required so that tax compliant e-receipts can be issued to your customers when they order at your venue via Bopple.
Default Product Group
Product groups contain your product categories; the groups are Food, Drink, and Miscellaneous. This default determines which section of your menu the customer sees first.
